Letter Scraps are 50 torn pieces of a confession letter written by the killer of Leonora Johnson. Each scrap you pick up reveals another fragment of the letter, and collecting all 50 unlocks the stranger mission "A Starlet in Vinewood" from Tonya, letting you identify and kill the murderer as any character. Scraps are available from the start of the game with no unlock requirement, progress is shared across all three protagonists, and all 50 are required for 100% completion. They are small and easy to miss, so the region grouping below is the fastest way to sweep them in batches.
